One Four Our Three can be the one for your family too! This Oceanfront Home offers 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. Appreciate the comfortable living area with Atlantic Ocean vistas as well as a Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps. Prepare a family meal with the Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Stove/Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Have family meal time at the dining area. Step outside and appreciate the sun and sea from the oceanfront deck with furnishings or use the private beach access to step onto the sandy shore.

Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, while Bedroom #3 provides 2 Twin Bunk Sets.

UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures.   • Summer time is high season in the New Bern area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
