BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES:
1. No more than a total of 12 persons, including kids, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit. Use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) by more than a total of 12 persons, including kids, from a rental unit at a time is not allowed, unless approved in advance by the association. Group events by renters are not allowed.
2. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all cars at all times. Parking of all cars shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No cars shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor cars, jet skis, recreational cars, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain cars, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
3. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from T.V.s, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

- Lock your vacation home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
- On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
