BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES:
1. No more than a total of 12 persons, including kids, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit. Use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) by more than a total of 12 persons, including kids, from a rental unit at a time is not allowed, unless approved in advance by the association. Group events by renters are not allowed.
2. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all cars at all times. Parking of all cars shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No cars shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor cars, jet skis, recreational cars, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain cars, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
3. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from TVs, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
