Boasting three cavernous bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure.

Inside, you'll find three comfortable queen beds awaiting your weary head after a day of beachcombing or exploring close by attractions. Need additional sleeping space? No problem! The queen sleeper couch offers a cozy option for additional guests.

After a day of sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand and salt in the exhilarating outdoor shower, accepting you to entirely embrace the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're appreciating morning coffee on the balcony, whipping up a delicious meal in the completely equipped kitchen, or calming in the inviting living area, every moment in this condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

Located just steps from the beach, you'll have painless access to sun, sand, and surf. And when you're ready to discover further, eateries, stores, and entertainment options are just a short drive away. Your coastal getaway awaits!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

• Summer months are high season in Atlantic Beach. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a New Bern vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
• Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
