Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Wet Bar. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and Flat Screen. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Master Bedroom shares balcony with Living Area. Both have Flat Screen TVs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share balcony.

Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

• Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
• At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
